Kasey, yea that happened to me twice the first time I tried it and since the server was so slow, by the time I could get in again, it was too late, class was full. The second time I tried it, I wasn't kicked out and I was able to register. My guess is find a super high speed internet.

I agree!!I'm going to use my husband's computer; his is much faster than mine! What do you think about this whole discontinuation of the 3 points? Not good for many of us!!

Does anyone know the highest score accepted last spring?

I know the minimum was 31.23.

heck no! I hate that Brookhaven is always changing and every application period, something is different. I mean we plan and plan and then at the last minute find out something's changed...jacks everything up! It's very annoying and I'm beyond frustrated. If I don't get in this time and with my 3 points gone, I'm left with 29.89. I have no more classes to take and I don't think I can raise my HESI any higher than it's current score. Brookhaven has really let me down.

I think I read on some previous threads that there was some 34's- keep in mind though, *** said not as many applied this time, so I don't think the scores go up that high!

Kicky, I think with the 3 points gone, the cut off will drop as well for next spring. It's hard to know what the highest score was but in other threads, I've seen people with high 34s.

I totally understand your frustration!! Switching it up on us is so inappropriate!! If they want to do that, they should at least tell people, from 1 year from now, we'll take away the 3 points-at least that way, people who've already started down this points path can foresee getting in!! C'mon!!!!

Yep, I agree- try to think of where you were cut-off last time you applied...You had good scores then and your scores will probably be the high point this time, not 34. And she did say not as many applied this time.

*** said there were not as many as the previous period. I turned my packet in on the last day and that's what she told me, so I think ya'll will be alright. I personally only applied this time to get my three points for the next application period- I let her know this, because I am aware of the amount of points needed in the past from these threads. That's when she said to me, I wish they would go back to face-to-face interviews. I just put in an email to her to ask if they're discontinuing the three points..havn't heard back from her yet, though.

As far as the three points not being available again that may be true. If you go on to the Brookhaven site and go under the ranking for admission form, there is no longer a place to put in the three points. I looked at a copy of the application that I turned in and there was a spot to put the three points. Now the only thing that it says is the date of the previous application.

OMG...You're right! I wonder what prompted them to do this? Maybe they're going to go back to the face-to-face instead? I don't know?
