Yes I saw that too. But I have just e-mailed her a signed copy of my acceptance letter. It feels good to be accepted in the program. I have been waiting for so long to get here.

I sent in my signed acceptance letter earlier this week, I was wondering if anyone received the additional information packet that the nursing advisor said she would send out yesterday July 10Th? I also asked her to confirm that she received my letter but I did not get a response.

Hi ,

I e-mailed her my acceptance letter the very day that she sent out the e-mails. She did respond by saying thank you. I guess she was still on her desk . That's why she responded so quick. But as far the second package is concerned, I haven't received it either.

hello, have not received packet either. I did send the signed contract. Would have liked to review over the weekend...

I also wanted to review that package over the Weekend so that I can be prepared for the orientation but as usual, there is no consistancy in terms of communication when it comes to the Nursing program. We have to push all the time in order to receive any information. I hope it's not gonna be like this once we start the program. Otherwise, we gonna be screwed up guys. And I doubt if our scheduled orientation is gonna even takes place on the 15th cos we still waiting for the Zoom invitation e-mail.

Yes, I have to say I am disappointed! Perhaps the package is not ready due to the pandemic, they may still have to make last minute changes in regards to how the entire program will unravel during the course of this semester. Otherwise it does not take more than 10 min to attach the forms and send a mass email. My slogan for BMCC is : "At BMCC, you're on you own!". This is what I found while taking courses there. BMCC enrolls about 20K students so I am not surprised all the staff is constantly overwhelmed. At this point I just want to sit for the NCLEX!

I totally agree with your statement. And thank you for reminding us that most of the time we gonna be on our own but that should encourage us to remain more engaged over the course of our program. It's all gonna be alright!!

I did not receive the informational packet. I did receive a reply acknowledging receipt of my acceptance letter.

Hello, did Everyone get their uniform, books, BLS and castle branch?

I really need help down here, I am certified pct, ekg and Phlebo tech and would like to ask if anyone could help me get a job if they’re already working at a hospital where they can refer me or know someone. Please help if you can. I got accepted but really I don’t have the necessary finances to buy my nursing ready stuff. I have 2 Little kids to feed as well. Single mom need help to stay in nursing program. Please help
