some bad and then some good news

Just been informed that my original petitioner has backed out apparently the hospital is having big financial problems and have stopped petitioning foreign nurses but thankfully my recruiter has managed to find me another job so hopefully wont delay too much my move to the US. Such a pain :madface: on one hand but atleast have got something sorted..... I hope

Interesting bit of news. I actually worked a few shifts there in November in their OR, as well as ICU, and CVICU. Things were definitely not like they were when I was there frequently about 15 years ago, but I did not realize that they were that bad.

the hospital is Boswell Memorial Hospital sun city. Have you worked there or know anything about it? I have been told they will honor 2 yr contract and hourly rate should be the same as what I was previously given with the other hospital.

It is actually mainly senior citizens that you will be caring for. It is based in the Del Webb retirement community of Sun City.

The doctors and staff there were always fantastic to work with, but it has been probably at least 12 years since I have been there. It used to be considered way out, but now the city extends so much further..........

Actually just arrived back in the house from a two day trip to Phx to pack up the rest of my things..........still have to unload the car............

Think that you will like it better out there than Baptist.
