Authorization to test

Published

I graduate on may 13th. I have applied to my state board of nursing and Pearson vue and paid associated fees. I know that I won't be given authorization to test until my school releases my graduation information. From past experiences how long does it usually take to get att? I am wondering because I start my job on June 13th and am wondering if I should bother with a temporary permit or is there a good chance I will be licensed before that date? Of course I suppose maybe I should consider the temp permit in case I wouldn't pass?

I graduated July. ATT mid August, tested same week. Licensed a month later. No temp license in my state

Thanks all. I think I will go ahead and get the temp license. Better to be safe than sorry. It is only $14. If it goes to waste, no biggie.

How long does it take to receive a ATT for international nurse? I received the eligibility letter from florida board of nursing March 23 then I registered to pearson vue, pay 200$. Still waiting for ATT. I really like to take the exam as soon as possible.

@ Philippiness2015 If you already registered to Pearson Vue then you should have your test date selected.

Pearson vue haven't give me ATT yet.
