I couldn't have used Eucerin lotion . . . gotta have a doctor order it. No OTC stuff w/o an order.
We even had to stop using petroleum jelly.
But of course we had new laws letting teachers give PR Valium and epi-pens. Of course, NO teacher stepped up to train for the PR Valium. Hardly any for the epi-pens.
Sometimes it felt like the Twilight Zone . . . making teachers act like they worked in a medical clinic. But the nurse can't apply petroleum jelly on chapped lips or Eucerin lotion on itchy skin.

I use acquaphor, hydrocortisone cream, lip balm, sting relief spray, bacitracin, etc...
