Your agency gave you wrong information. The ATT expires if you do not test by that date, and you need to complete the process again to be able to retest, You need to reapply to retest, and also pay the fees associated with that, as well as the fees to Pearson-Vue again.
It does not matter if you tested and did not pass, or did not even sit for the exam, the fact is that you no longer have a valid ATT and need to get another one.
And this is from the information that you sent to me as well in a pm.
I would think twice about your agency. They are already giving wrong information now and with simple things. Would doubt how they could handle your immigration when the time comes since this is more complex. Know a few agencies that are always given RFEs (Request for further evidence) just for the initial petition (I-140) and one is even black listed to not be able to petition anymore since they are always given RFEs again and again.
Just my two cents.

I have a question..I know there's a new rule now in NCLEx about the US Social Security Number..if you're going to reapply again at this time..do we now need to have that or we just have to pass the requirements just like we did before without that #SSN?
PLS someone answer for me...Thanks :)

At the moment there is only a new rule about CA and SSN. However there are several states that will no longer issue a license without a SSN however you can still maintain your file until in the US and able to obtain a SSN with valid work/immigrant visa
