Applying for Gordon Nursing Program Spring 2010

Hello All,

I am applying for Spring 2010 admission at Gordon. When is the application deadline? I do not need to take any classes at Gordon so I applied for Spring 2010 admission. I have not received an acceptance letter and that has been two months ago. When I check the website, it says that all of my information has been received, but my transcripts have not been evaluated or at least no grades have been posted for me as of yet. I need to apply to the program and take the TEAS, but I know that time is running out. I am beginning to get very frustrated! Can anyone help me or give me a name of someone that can help speed this process along? Thanks so much!:wink2:

I will definitely keep you in my prayers. Are they trying to say that you have to reapply again because you have taken classes elsewhere? Oh my goodness! I hope that all will work out for you. Please let me know what happens. I am looking forward to meeting you.

GaMommy81, Faithworks and mj1215, I can't wait to meet you all next Thursday. I guess I'll wear a label with #1 MOMMY so that you all will know who I am. Or maybe we can meet somewhere before orientation start. I am so excited!!!!!!:D:D

Yes, I have to send in another final transcript because I went to another school. Problem is, I got my acceptance letter for the program one day before the holiday break. I was able to submit a withdrawal form but they say they can't process it until the 7th. So hopefully I can get them to do it on the 4th so that I can get it to Gordon and get that final acceptance, AGAIN. If not, I'm canceling my withdrawal and continuing where I am. It's also frustating that the staff at Gordon seemed so unmoved by my situation as if it had nothing to do with them. I've been stressing all break because I am sooo close, yet sooo far! But I'm keeping faith, I couldn't have come this far for no reason!

I hope and pray that I am able to attend orientation to meet you guys and start this journey!

FaithWorks,

I will pray that everything goes smoothly for you.

Thanks for your prayers. Everything was taken care of smoothly and I was able to get everything in yesterday. They still haven't updated my decision and of course they aren't answering any calls. So....I shall pay them a visit tomorrow!

Were you able to register already or do u have to wait until Thursday?

I am at the school trying to register now. I still have to check on a few things too, like financial aid. Good luck to you.

I wasn't able to get registered. Apparently admissions changed my major back to pre-nursing so they have to get them to change it back to nursing in order to get me registered for the nursing classes....i was told not to stress and that it would be taken care of. I'm getting soooo irritated with them.
