Any credible program that lets you take psychology online and it still counts?

I sent my college transcripts to be evaluated and now I can't re-take psychology, since I got transfer credit for it already. I don't really know what to do, because my grade for general psychology wasn't too good. I can't take it at any other junior college, since I don't have a car to travel long distances.

Are there any programs online (in California-don't want to pay any extra out-of-state fees) that are not too expensive, but are still credible?

    of all the psych classes i've ever taken they have always been online.....CSN in vegas is $60/credit so about $200 for out of state online....shouldn't be too difficult
