Another NCLEX question!

Hi everyone!

I graduated on Dec. 20th. YEAH!!!

I signed up yesterday to take my NCLEX this Sat. (Today is Tues.)

I am kind of freaking out because I have read all these threads that say I need to answer 3000 questions. I don't think I'll be able to do that by Sat.

I started practice questions yesterday on the CD-Rom that came with my NCLEX-review book. I did about 200. Today I have also done about 200.

If I keep this up until Friday do you think it will be enough practice? I am stressing so hard about this dreaded exam.

Any tips or advice will help!

THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! :imbar

Please do not over study or you will REALLY freak yourself out! Try to do some questions, but don't panic over the number. I know people who did 3000, 5000 and some passed, some did not. I know people that never did a review after graduation and passed. Just do what you are comfortable with. Hopefully I will be able to schedule my NCLEX soon! Congratulations, and best of luck!

I am also preparing for the NCLEX.. I scheduled mine for Feb 2nd. This way I have a month (less now) to work on questions. My goal was to do 100 a day.. But I am in Orientation at my hospital right now, so I am worn out when I get home. I am doing about 30questions a night. Do what you can, and don't stress about it. At this point you know the info or you don't. Review stuff you aren't comfortable with. Like myself I am horrible at OB stuff, so that is my main focus..

GOOD LUCK... I will say a lil prayer for you..

Congratulations and all the best on taking the NCLEX!

You can do it. Focus on your weak spots. Think about prioritizing and delegation as well. Seems like most study books don't cover those things. The NCLEX is not nearly as SPECIFIC as a lot of the review books.

Take a deep breath...you can do it!!!!
