So...I cracked my first rib last night doing compressions.......:eek:, ya...that was the look I gave the RT. What a weird feeling, I still have the heebygeebies

Yeppers! Snap, crackle, pop isn't just Rice Krispies! I don't think the new ever wears off of that.

Eeeeeyeee! Yeah, it's not a pleasant feeling and if you do it a hundred times it will still be creepy. I still get kinda creeped out prepping fractured extremities for the same reason and I've done hundreds (literally), something about body parts going in the wrong direction or that horrible 'grackling' sensation. Ugh! Well at least you know you were doing them forcefully enough!

throw, I guess you were using the hard and fast regimen...stuff happens... which is a whole 'nother thread as to why end of life care should be discussed..........
