Advice needed

I was let go from my nursing position in 2012 for diversion. I am now applying for nursing jobs. What should I put in applications for termination reason? In no way do I want to be deceptive but "taking narcotics for my own use" wouldn't look so great! Any advice would help. Thanks and good luck everyone! Hang in there it does get better:)

    I am guessing they did not turn you into the BON so that is in your favor. If you did divert don't do it again, get the help you need through AA/NA if they did turn you into the BON what did they do because that stuff will be passed on unless you did some type of program like AP, CD, TPAN

    I was turned in to the board my license was suspended for a year and then placed on probation without restrictions until May of this year.
