What kind of MSN are you looking for?
There are a number of entry level MSN-CNL programs. There are also MSN programs for a variety of specializations although for most of them, you may need to declare your specialization when applying for the program.
Here is a list of 63 Entry Level MSN programs. These programs enroll individuals with BA/BS degrees in another field, and award a MSN degree after 2-3 years of study. The list is organized by state. Some of these will award specialty MSN degrees (NP, CNS, etc), and others will have generalist MSN degrees (CNL).

I recently graduated with a BA degree in anthropology and am interested in pursuing a career in nursing. I know that I would like to get my Masters and was wondering if there are programs that combine both the BSN and MSN in one? Thank you!
