Abgs

does anyone know any good sources for practice ABG questions or can someone make some up?? greatly appreciated ty.

Try looking up previous threads or articles from nursing journals. medscape is a good website. You could look up acid base balance, electrolytes or other contributors to abg disturbance, if you learn the pathophysiology behind the changes in pH, co2, bicarb and so on you may remember it better.

Nclex books are a good resource. I once read an article called the ABC's of ABG's it had questions at the end, for continuing education. I don't think I have it anymore. I have a screaming toddler on my lap or I would look up some things for you.
