A & P I help - are there study guides or websites that help?

I'm just about done with pre-reqs, other than the A & P series that I'm starting Winter semester. I usually get a good amount of help with study guides or "Dummies" books - they help me go over what I've read and had in class and organize it a bit and give a good framework for memorizing and remembering everything.

Are there any books that people have found helpful with A & P in general? Aside from the textbooks, obviously. Any websites or links that explained things well? I'm going to do everything possible to get an A in this class, both to keep my GPA strong and so I really understand anatomy well so I can use that day to day in my future job.

Any suggestions?

If its not required I would get a anatomy coloring book it really helped me when I couldn't picture what my professor was talking out.

Do you have a Borders where you live? I went there and got the A&P flashcards and theat has really helped with the lab. I am almost done with the class and am making an A. I have a website in my book that I can give to you if you like. There are also coloring books that you can buy that helps to learn the anatomy part. Good luck!

I'll definitely check out the coloring books and flashcards (there's a Borders right down the road from me). I'd also be very interested in that website, if you can find it! Trying to get as much as I can together now before I start the class in January.

I have offered on the AP sticky above this to send anyone that PMs me their email address my notes from AP I and II. Many people have asked and I have sent them and they really feel the notes are great. I am attaching a set here so that you can look them over and see if they are what you are looking for as well. I also included a few AP sites that will help you. These were a great help to me while I was doing AP and will benefit me greatly when I begin my nursing core classes. GOOD LUCK

I haven't had time to wade through the A & P sticky yet - my bad. What a wonderful offer! I PMd you .

I'm not taking A&P yet, but I just skimmed the first, and those seem like they'd be really helpful. You're a great note-taker. (:
