265 on 06/29!!!!

I took my test on 6/29 also. I live in Virginia, and most of my friends who have already taken it have been able to call the VA state board of nursing the next day after and ask (innocently, of course) "So when do you update the website to reflect yesterday's test?". and everyone has been able to get results right then. I know that last year someone from our program called the board of nursing that afternoon and found out.

One of my friends who was with me got 265, and she's a wreck right now waiting for 8:30am to roll around (so she can call). I'll keep my fingers crossed and send good vibes to everyone who is waiting for their results.

How did you find out so fast? In the same day?

I actually didn't expect to find out so fast. I was checking on the BON (Oregon) website cause my friend took her's a few days ago and her license should be listed...I just happen to be messing around and typed my name in, and there was a RN license issued to me that same day ( I too the NCLEX that morning). I'm still in shock not because the results were up so fast, but that I passed!!! I would have bet money I failed!!!

When I took the NCLEX 10 years ago I had to take all 265 also and passed. I remember saying to myself I thought I was doing alright on the test and why isn't it shutting off!? I learned later that certain test takers are picked at random to try new questions and their scores on those particular questions are not figured in on their final score. I remember being asked 3 different times, in one way or another, if a diet with leafy green vegetables was OK for a patient on Coumadin! :chuckle

I got asked the same darn thing like two of three times. I was like, why do you keep asking me this? I all ready told you the right answer!
