Took Nclex today.....the tears wont stop

:crying2: I took the NCLEX this morning and i feel like crap. The test stopped at 81 or so questions and all i kept telling myself after 75 was I still have a chance to prove my self...

Then the last question came...

That test was like no other test you will have to take in all your life. I want to just blink and have my results..

The wait is terrible and I don't wish this feeling on anyone.

This is horrible. I walked out feeling like UGHHHHHHH!

Please dont worry or stress yourself out :) Everybody and I mean everybody who has ever taken the NCLEX feels the way you do and it is horrible. We all understand and support you and we will all keep fingers crossed for you. The score the test stops at means absolutly nothing. :balloons:

Thanks for your kind words ...I will continue to pray.......

I'm sure you did well. I know the feeling, I took the nclex last Monday & had to wait the 48 hours for results. Luckily they were good results. Hang in there - keep busy!

It's an awful test and we all feel terrible after we leave. Best wishes. :)

So true, so true.

If it's any consolation, mine shut off at 81 as well... and I passed ! SEE ? :D

I thought all kinds of crazy, self defeating thoughts as well... "why 81? It should have been 75 or 265... 81??? What's up with that? Oh no! Could that be BAD? "... etc., etc., etc.

Take a deep breath.. you'll get through this. We all did, you will, too.

Wish you the BEST !!! :)

thanks! needless to say I hope to be glad when tomorrow is over, i will know on friday if i passed, if not WALMART here i come (to earn the 200.00 to take the nclex again):p

When I took boards (1994) I just ABSOLUTELY KNEW that I had failed and that was the year that the computer testing first started! I waited 11 LONG days and finally got the news that I was an RN! Hang in there.....we are always our worst critic!
