Hi all .... just wanted to post a note to say that I am re-entering the management ranks. I will taking a position as a med-surg nurse manager at a local hospital in my area. You all know I will be visiting this forum quite often and probably asking lots of questions.

Thanks Leslie ... that was very nice to say. I hope so, I have been in management for a while, got out for a while and then realized that management is where I am meant to be. I love working for nurses and trying to make their lives a little easier and a little better.
