we are told to wear gown, gloves (of course), respirator (which is a heavy duty mask) and one of the cheaper orange mask over that (so 2 masks and you can't breath with one on).
The pt is a truck driver and has been to Toronto when the outbreak of SARS was going on and he has been sick for almost 2 months with 2 rounds of Levaquin, 1 round of Cipro and just finished up a z-pack.
it is Sunday and ID nurse is in the hospital
