Interesting. I have a question though. What does MP stand for? I have seen that term in several articles about Canada and I know it something to do with the government. Thanks.

Can you imagine the backlash if one our congressmen/women would say something like that about Canada?

Member of Parliament? guessing here....wow... hand her some BBQ sauce to put on that shoe leather....

Wonder how she'll comment if there is a global war and the financial and military support of America is necessary world wide. (And maybe even in Canada!) There is a restaurant around here that has taken EVERYTHING French off the menu due to the lack of support from France for the UN resolution. This has the potential to get ugly.

They say bad things about Canada all the time. My favorite was when one American politician called us "Soviet Canuckistan":chuckle (if I remember right it was Buchanan and we all know he's a little nuts, but it could have been Rush). Parish is an idiot especially after the whole "bush is a moron" thing with one of the PM's aides. There has been quite a backlash here with full page adds in the newpapers denouncing her and she has received over 4000 emails and letters b*tching her out.
