Well thanks to the information posted about Excelsior College, I have yet another brick wall starring me in the face.
Since Excelsior is changing it's policy beginning Jan 2003, I now have to reconsider my direction.
I tell you, I am beginning to think like many on this BB that there really isn't a shortage at all. How many obstacles will people who genuinely want to be a nurse have to face?
If anyone knows of another non-tradtional program, would you let me know? Also, I am once again surfing the web for evening school programs. All the schools in my area either (1) don't have evening programs or (2) the ones who do have a 2 year waiting list.
By the way, for evening programs I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
