If you think something is not right...it probably isn't

If you see people with worried/harried faces, and normally neat nurses look like they have been thru the wringer.... as you come on the floor...and no one has seen you..there's still time to turn around!

Never ever say the "Q" word!!!! You will jinx yourself and all he!! will break loose! I know from experience, I said it one AM, next thing I know a pt is being coded and sent to ICU from a skilled nursing unit!!!
