TPAPN Nurse's

Hey Y'all, just a heads up.

Friday I was called to my clinical managers office to "Redo" my quarterly report. It seems the folks at TPAPN are changing their computer data base systems and some wrong information was inserted into my file. It was suggested I was giving misinformation. I brought in my file of documents to prove I have straight up been providing accurate information, (I save everything). It was agreed that I was playing by all the rules, it was a "TPAPN" problem. Keep your good eye open, and document everything!

...Peace...

That would be enough to make me straight up poop my pants while simultaneously stroking out.

Oogie, can you elaborate? I am a little confused!

I suspect it's related to the new quarterly update process they are trying to roll out. I don't know this for sure, and I've been on vacation for a week so I haven't had this discussion with my manager either, but a few weeks ago I received a message from Affinty through the Spectrum app asking me to verify information such as my manager's name and contact info, because it said they were revising the way they were doing the quarterly updates. Currently I just fill out the forms, have my manager check the boxes and sign, then I fax it in. Apparently the new way of doing quarterly updates will have an email sent directly to the manager. I haven't had a quarterly update since I got this message so idk how things will be changing.

Of course any glitches in the system would immediately be attributable to fraud on the nurses part. I hope the morons at least apologized. Wait I know better
