I am a Nursing student who transferred from a 4 year University to a Community College back home because of the price. I only have a few more classes until I start applying to programs, there a few Public Schools without a waiting list that I believe I won't have a problem getting into, but I will have to relocate for those. But there are only two schools in my area and I have been told they are challenging with admissions, I would hate to sit out and have to wait over a year because I am 20 and have a passion for Health and Nursing and I want to start my career. Any advice is great advice, Thank You.

I would apply to all of them, go with whoever accepts you.

There isn't really any advice to give you. You have an option to apply to two local nursing schools, so therefore you should apply to both. If only one takes you, you go there....if they both do, you get to choose :)
Keep in mind that you will quite possibly have to relocate to find a job after you graduate anyway. If the too-far-to-commute schools also have a good availability of employment in that region, you should think about relocating now. If not....you might find yourself moving later anyway.
FWIW, everyone applying to school feels exactly as you do; most are young and ALL want to get their careers moving quickly. It's the nature of the beast.
Good luck!
