Working without benefits....

My husband and I are moving to Orlando in a few months. I was hoping to be able to get a job at one of the Florida hospitals. My husband is an electrical engineer. The company he will be working for has included benefits such as health in the package that they have offerred him. I was just wondering if I could work at a FH without recieving any benefits. If so, would my pay be higher?

Thank-you so much !!!

Not that I am aware of. My SIL has better health care coverage then my daughter does. And it is less expensive. My daughter does get an increase in her pay.

Yes, you can work full time without health care benefits. Most companies have a standard % increase when benefits are waived. I have seen 15% to 20%. Best of luck on your move.
