There are "sticky" threads about the requirements for working in different countries at the top of the International Nursing forum -- if you look there and at the top of the UK Nursing forum, you may find answers to your questions already posted.

Thread moved to the International Forum since it has nothing to do with working in the Philippines. Please refer to red banner at the top of that forum.

Please also be aware that the UK has a hiring freeze, and there is no way that you will be able to get a visa that will permit you to work there in the role of the RN. And of the programs that you may see to offer you to take a course there as a nursing asst, or anything else as crazy, will not permit you to remain there afterwards. Same thing with the offer to get another Bachelor's degree there in nursing, there just are no visas/.

Suggest that you spend some time on the International Forum and do some reading, there is already much on this very same topic.

In the future, any questiosn about immigration and licensure issues for any country need to be placed in the International Forum.

All info regarding meeting UK requirements can be found on the NMC website and even if you complete requirements they can not help with work permit and requirements are UK citizen, EU before rest of world and currently many UK nurses are struggling to find work especially newly qualified nurses
