Working for one hospital but two different facilities?

Hi!

I was wondering if any one ever has or has inquired about working for the same hospital but at two different facilities. I am interested in applying for a PRN job for the same hospital but a different location, is that allowed?

Our health system permits. Requires careful coordination to prevent overtime.

probably. Better ask. I assume in one area you will be FT and they may require you to be on call, so just ask

Possibly. They will have to pay you overtime if you work > 40 hrs so depending on how many hours you work in your permanent position it may or may not be allowed.

I do that. No biggie, just have to have 2 great managers that cooperate with any scheduling.
