Working in Kuwait

A good friend of mine just got a job in Kuwait city for the next year, and I'm thinking about joining her. Can anyone please suggest some good hospitals in Kuwait city or good recruiter agencies to go through? I'd be looking at Emergency Nursing.

there are a lot of agencies that recruits nurses for kuwait at the moment. just google search..

anyhow, all government hospitals, that is under the ministry of health, are the best in terms of modernized equipments and renumeration packages.

since we are in the gulf, then its tax free; accomodation, food and transpostation is being provided by the sponsoring facility and the pay is more beneficial than that of private institutions, (although private hospitals also provides good benefits.)

Sorry, but if the person is a US citizen, then they still need to pay taxes on their earnings. It is only tax free up to $75,000 per year and that is per full calender year; meaning that if one goes over there in February, they will actually be responsible for their taxes to the US government for that year, only if they are there for the full year from January at the beginning thru the end of the year do they get the tax free benefit.
