Working abroad

I really want to go and live and work in Australia. I have 3 children ,10,7,5 yrs. I'm worried and a little scared of making that plunge. I do have relatives in OZ but don't really know them. At the moment my husband doesn't want to go. He works in car and household insurance and he doesn't think he will get a job there. I'm worried about schools, childcare etc. Deep down i want to go. Any advice?

Why not visit the Aussie nurses' forum? I'm sure they can give you lots of things to think about...sounds fun to take an adventure to another country. But yes, your family may not see the adventure the same way as you...so lots to consider!
