Dear All,

I have two questions which i do not know how to answer. Can some body help please

a) Why do you think it is important for you as a support worker to be reliable and dependable?

b) What might a social care worker do which might deter the people they support from communicating with them?

With many thanks...

These questions are straight-out asking for what you think. Getting other people to answer them for you defeats the purpose.

a) Consider relationship building, trust, etc.

b) Think about what someone could do to YOU that would make you not want o communicate with them. What would put you off from carrying on a conversation?

Hopefully that will help get you started.

These questions require your own thoughts.... posters have given you direction to do your own work on this topic.
