Who is better for a reference?

My DON? Boss? Professor?

I have plenty of people willing to write letters of recommendation but I have no idea as to who are the best ones to ask.

sues, for me, it'd be my boss. they are the closest people w/ regards to your everyday work environment. they are the ones who get the "COMPLIMENTS!! ABOUT YOU!!!"", and alas, the complaints..altho I am sure there are none. your boss is the one that knows you.

and..your boss is the one that the DON will go to. professor?, I think not...GOOD LUCK!!!!! :smokin:

I am anxious to hear the answer myself. I have 2 from professors and 1 from the clinical manager. I included all in my portfolio but I don't know if I need another from a co-worker or friend or if I already have too much? Are you using the references for school or job?
