You'll find so much info online but I'd say most folks like the yellow Mometrix book (I used it) and the prep manual or online set from ATI themselves (I used that too). The online practices tests are well worth the money - they will calm your nerves about what the test will actually look like. I sat down and gave myself the exact amount of time I would receive per question on the real test and did the practice tests start to finish. My actual score was within 3-5 points of the practice exams.

There are tons of videos to watch and you'll learn what sections you don't know well by doing the practice tests.

Hope that helps!

I used the Mometrix ATI TEAS secrets and got an 85% and scored within the 90th percentile for my BSN program and the 94th percentile nationally. Ensure you have a solid understanding of your A&P from your gen-Ed classes. Take the practice tests under the same time constraints. Use them to gauge what you know and you don't. Study. Practice, practice, and practice. The more you work those practice problems, you become very familiar what they are about to throw at you. Good luck.
