Which PDA to purchase?

Published

I am looking for a PDA to buy for school...which PDAs have worked for you all? And what software programs do you recommend purchasing?

HI,

Try a search on titles only and put in PDA. You will see about 8 pages of related posts.

I know you may have already purchased one or read the other threads. However, I do not reccommend the T5 Palm. I have been having a lot of trouble with mine along with the others who purchased it in my class. There is a computer bug on all the format discs and it is not very compatible with the Medatrex charting format we use. Also, the company charges $20 per phone call to toubleshoot after a certain amt of time passes. A couple of people in our class have the verizon 3 in 1 combos. I have been thinking about purchasing one myself. Hope this helps!

Take all the information you get online with a grin of salt. I've been using my T5 since it was first realeased and since all i use it for is reference, it works just fine. If your school uses any specific software, then it's imortant to talk to the IT people to make sure what y ou buy is compatable.

G3et yourself a "what 'm Going To Use iT For List" and then use that combined with the stuff you get online to help make your choice.

I love my T5 as well,,, have used it for over a year with multiple programs and books on it----haven't had the first problem
