Which one is better for skill learning live seminar or online class?

Which one is better to choose between live seminar and online class? I'd like to know more about Total Joint Replacement. Thanks.

Well, you can have a very bad seminar or a very good seminar ....same thing with the online class. Assuming they're equal in quality, I'd probably do better with the live version. I have a very short attention span online.
