What's next

I recently passed my NCLEX, and now I was wondering what I do now, I found out I passed through Pearson Vue on the net. Will the state board send stuff to me in the mail.

Also can I start working before I get my actual licence???

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I live in Ohio if this matters.

i don't see how you could start working, since every employer needs a copy of your license.

they'll have a licensure section that will either answer your question, or provide a contact link.

While you wait for your license, my suggestion is to start getting in contact with people you want as references and ask them to write letters of recommendation for you. Most the hospitals I've applied to as a new grad require at least 2 letters to be submitted along with your resume, etc. And people can take weeks to get those things to you.
