What to wear?

No matter what, if a nurse wears white she will be dressed appropriately in any country.

As a male, I wore an off-white linen suit, thermal underwear top, white tan suede Hush Puppy loafers dyed white.

(and NO for the SA, I never dressed as a female lol)

Each facility has its own culture and I feel more comfortable dressed like everyone else. I wear white when that facility emphasizes white and colored scrubs when my coworkers wear that. Male nurses I work with do the same. Be careful about the shoes. Athletic style is acceptable but can look tacky if not white and not clean. My opinion, of course
