What would you do?

I have a 70% © in microbiology right now. There's 6 weeks left in the semester. My professor told me that in order for me to pass her class, I would have to get A's on the rest of the exams & the final (which, honestly, is not going to happen). So... would you just withdraw & retake the class later on? I am so disappointed in myself. I carry a 4.0gpa in all of my other classes and don't want my crappy micro grade to pull it down. :(

If I were in your shoes, I would withdraw.

I would withdraw and retake. I would also re-evaluate my study methods.

Withdraw, that is what I would do.

Thanks, you guys.

I've never taken any general biology or chem class (in HS or college) so I think just jumping into micro put me way over my head.

Withdraw, if you honestly know you won't have the time that is required to study properly and thoroughly. I took a day off work here and there while taking classes to get more study time in and that is the ONLY reason I made A's. But I know you may not have that as an option. You could ask If there's any extra credit assignments you could do. Best of luck!
