What to do, Please help!!!

Hello all! Hope all of you are having a good day! Ok, so here is my dilemma. I start a new job tomorrow at 8 am. I love this job and have wanted it for a while. I've had alot of time off (since June) and I have casually looked for jobs here and there. So I found this one at a dermatology surgery center/clinic last Friday and I loved the job description! I applied just for the heck of it and I got a call yesterday asking to come in for an interview this week. YAY! But I start work tomorrow! What do I do!? I just don't want to give up any good opportunities! Should I take the interview and just leave work early one day?! AHHH any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

So wait you just got a new job and you applied for another? I guess I am unclear. If that is the case...Why not? I think just interviewing is a great thing and helps build your skills in the communication arena. But if you aren't seriously wanting the job you are applying to let someone else that really wants the job get interviewed. Either way good luck!!! If you don't mind me asking what is your current job?

If you're not 100% interested in the other job, then I would say let it go. Why mess with a new job that you've wanted for a while if the other one isn't your absolute dream job? Just my two cents.

Explain the situation to them and see if you could do an off hours/day interview.
