What to pick....

For my last quarter of school we get to choose where we want to go, I have no idea what to pick, I currently work in an ED but am not sure this is where I want to work as a NP, I have been thinking about urology, pain management, HIV/AIDs, I am also really interested in humanitarian help, I don't know I want to do everything.

What do you think would give me the best experience (I am licensed in NJ and PA if that helps).

hmmm

Thanks for ANY feedback you have!

When I went to school, almost all of my nursing experience was in a level one trauma center.

I knew I loved it but I also felt that I was a little too confident there. So, I chose outside my comfort zone: I did clinicals in a surgery practice, a cardiac practice, and a nursing home.

In the end, I work in nephrology. I've moon-lighted in an ER (different from where I worked).

Get outside your comfort zone is my advice.
