What did you make? Is it possible to make in the high 90s?

Yes, it is definitely possible to get in the 90's. I scored a 100 percent in all the reading comp sections.

Congrats!!

I'm in process of taking the pre entrance lvn exam & im horrible at english..what tips, links, books helped u prep for the reading comp? :)

The Hesi study guide that is found on this site was helpful. The test tips found in the guide I think was an invaluable tool. I would say the biggest thing with the reading section is to take your time. If you need to read through the section twice read through it twice, because you should have plenty of time. I always look at what questions are on that page first. As I read through I look for the answer to the questions. I hope that helps. Good Luck! : )

is the reading portion also where to place commas, etc?

punctuation will be maininly in the grammar section.

sorry for asking too many questions *blush* but what are the common vocab words to study ???

or should i ask what "subjects" covers the reading comp?? :)

commas

grammer

vocab

??

Ask away! This is the place to ask questions if you have them. : )

Just get yourself a good study guide. The Evolve study guide is pretty good and there is one on here that I found through doing a search. I think it starts with an "M"???

Take the time to study. Study the test tips in the guide as well (they can be very helpful). Another big thing is try not to stress. I studied for about 5 days and scored over 95% overall. Like I had said before I scored 100% in all of the reading sections and my lowest score was a 92%.

I study guide will help tremendously. : )
