What to expect once you get into Nursing?

Hi everyone, My name is Maia and I am a Nursing student at PNC. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for going through school and what expect once you start working in the field. Is there anything that you wish you knew now. Just any advice would be helpful. Ths is also for a class projct so responses on here will be greatly appreciated

Thank you Maia

Just looking around and reading threads here can answer your questions really well.

You probably won't use this for your project, but the reality is that new grads struggle to find work. A new grad expecting an ideal schedule at a place of their choice with full benefits will find himself or herself out of luck.

Honestly - go to a wholesale market and get a bulk of tissues - most new grades cry frequently....

Expect nothing like school.
