Hi

Can anybody just tell me in words what these course means, I am sure we have the same ones here in Uk but different abbreviations. I would be very grateful, i am in process of filling out forms and dont want to say i am up to date when I am not.

ACLS = advanced life support

BTLS Basic Trauma Life Support

CCRN Critical Care Registered Nurse, this is a Certification program for

RNs who work in the ICUS, there si actually a new one now for

those that now work in PICU

CNRN Certified Neuro Registered Nurse

TNCC Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum, used for nurses working in the ER
