What is the difference between Saunder's 4th Edition and 5th Edition?

Published

Hi, I'm actually looking for books that can help me for my NCLEX-RN exam and some says that Saunder's book is a good book to invest with. So, I'm asking those who bought already the latest edition of Saunders. Is there a big difference when it comes to the content between the 4th and 5th edition? Actually, the 5th edition is still not available in the Philippines, I don't know where to buy that book unless I have my relatives buy in the US of A.

If you can get the 5th edition, then do so, because it should address the change in the test format that took place back in April.

Okay, but how can I buy Saunder's 5th Edition over the internet? I'm currently here in the Philippines. Thanks for the reply. :)

if you have no credit card, i don't know how you can pay. have your relative in the u.s. buy it and ship it to you. that would be the best avenue to obtain this latest edition.

also, i used the saunders 4th edition for my nclex-rn that i took last october 4th and i did just fine.

i would also suggest to get the latest addition. The 4th edition shouldn't be too bad either. The difference between them is very minor. As long as you understand the content you shouldn't have any problem passing the NCLEX..good luck
