W on my transcript

I just want to know if the nursing school really cares about W. This spring i took And P2 then I find out that I was not doing good in the class because teacher was so hard and my first test garde was C. I am an A student. So I decided to Withdraw from A and P2. Then again I am going to retake A nd P2 with a better teacher who can help me to understand and who would give more time 4 the exam. Is there any problem with my W.I don't want a C grade especially in my pre requisites.IF it is 4 other subjects, I will take a C grade but not for A and p2. Do i have a chance of getting into nursing school.I am a freshman who has a 3.86 gpamoz-screenshot-1.jpg .moz-screenshot.jpgI am a lehman college student.I 'm going to transfer either to College of newrochelle or suny binghamton and suny farmingdale.Does these W keep me away from garduate school or nursing school.moz-screenshot-2.jpgPlzz help me any one reply ... I 'm freaking out.I just withdrawed from it yesterday.....

As long as you don't get Ws every term or every other term, there usually is no problem. They do not like to see a pattern of withdrawals without a good reason.

I was in the same situation as you when I first took Micro...I got a D on the first lab practical. I got a W and re-took in the following semester with a much better teach and got an A and was top of his class. I graduate in May with my BSN from a program that selects students by merit. If you repeat the class and get a good grade I am sure yo will be just fine.
