85 vs. 205

Hi,

I took the NCLEX-PN on 3/21/09 in CA, it stopped @ 85. Tried the Pearson trick, wouldn't let me register, but I still have 2weeks to wait for results...ahh the torture!

Anyway, my question is, if some people didn't pass at the minimum, why didn't the computer give them more questions to atleast give them a chance?

If you get 50% of the hard questions right, then you pass. If you fall below that 50% line, you fail, that is why the computer will not give you more questions.

i tried the pearsonvue trick too and my result arrived today.... WHITE, BIG ENVELOP........... I PASSED. Is it just coincidence?????? Thank you God. !!!!

how long did you wait before you tried the trick on pearsons?

I didn't know about the trick 'til a week after..and I've been doing it every other day since.. hehe a week and a half more of waiting

Hello everyone I also took the nclex on 3/21/09 mine also stopped at 85 and yeah I had really wished it had kept going but this was my 2nd time taking it and last time it shut off on 180. this time I feel like I did really really bad, Im from california and the wait is killing me.

I know! The wait is unbearable! Well, we should be getting our results in about a week and a half..I'm gonna keep praying :)

I took my test the same week 3/23, and I am in CA, the wait is killing me too. I tried the pearson trick and it would not let me register. Hopefully that a good sign, when I left the testing facility I thought I failed for sure. My question is, for any of those waiting in CA have any of you called the state to see what the time line is for getting our results. I have heard that they are behind and it may take longer than 4 weeks to get our results, I HOPE NOT! I got a really good job today but I cant start till I get those results! I cant wait any longer!

i got mine in29 days...

5 week wait about in ca right now... i took mine 3/6 and still no results.. friend took it feb 23rd got his around march 20th... yea... but he failed and he stopped at 85 so now im nervouss =(

i got mine already.... i took it march 6 it arrived last april 4.....
