OC - orange county IE -inland empire..sunny southern cali :) maybe i'm just bad luck when it comes to comm. colleges around here, 'cause i know some former classmates able to get in, i've never really been good at "lottery" esp just for prereqs .. where are you looking into moving?

Vegas2009, thanks for the replies! :) I've already applied to csn, all i need to do is wait on my transcripts to arrive and plan a day to check out the school, apply in-person and take those placement tests.. i'm excited! which schools were you checking out down here? i've been trying to get into the OC/IE community colleges, but they're quite packed--esp since i don't have any seniority for registration. i guess we're trading places? lol.. HELLO VEGAS! woo!! hehe.. wish US luck! :)

hey all! another cali lvn tired of the waiting lists for the rn prereq classes, looking into moving to pursue my education, with just a few questions for the nv residents.. :) are the science prereq classes @ csn impacted also? ie, chem, a&p, micro? i'd be willing to move even just to get into the prereq classes...seriously. is there a waitinglist for the lvn-rn bridge? how would i apply for reciprocity for nv to ca lvn license? and lastly, how are the job opportunities for lvns? and any suggestions where to apply? thanks in advance folks! appreciate all the help & opinions i could get :)

babygin, i took my test in ca on 3/21/09, i know the wait is long you should be getting your results within the next week or two. have hope, think positive--the trick does work :) good luck, fill us in when ya pass :)

i got my results today, i passed. 41 days of waiting--but well worth it. :)

so i called the boards today, asked them if they mailed out the 3/21 results yet, they asked for my ss# and said that they mailed it out yesterday... we'll see. my classmate took it on 3/19 and she received her letter today postmarked the 28th. lvbabyhuman, perhaps you should call the boards to verify they sent it to the right address? my classmate didn't recieve hers when they said they sent it out 'cause they mailed it to the wrong address and they ended up faxing her the results.. or maybe it should come in tomorrow. :) i'll keep praying for us :)

i called the boards today, and they said they were working on the results from "around the 18th of march"..still. oh wow. took mine the 21st..hope to get it this week. or maybe even NEXT..ahh patience is a virtue..i just need to relax. ha!

a friend of mine took hers the 16th and got her results today..ahh. its about a 5week wait in CA! ahh

I know! The wait is unbearable! Well, we should be getting our results in about a week and a half..I'm gonna keep praying :)

I didn't know about the trick 'til a week after..and I've been doing it every other day since.. hehe a week and a half more of waiting

Hi, I took the NCLEX-PN on 3/21/09 in CA, it stopped @ 85. Tried the Pearson trick, wouldn't let me register, but I still have 2weeks to wait for results...ahh the torture! Anyway, my question is, if some people didn't pass at the minimum, why didn't the computer give them more questions to atleast give them a chance? Thanks in advance.
