Voluntary Survey

New grad, here. Is it just me, or does anyone else think that the voluntary survey hurts more than it helps for certain groups of nurses?

    I agree -- I have no idea what "voluntary survey" the OP is talking about. Is the OP maybe someplace other than the US?

    Perhaps with more information, some of us would have a response.

    The voluntary survey you fill out after you apply for a job. I put my theory to a test. Jobs that I previously applied for, I answered the voluntary self-disclosure survey honestly, but no responses. I went back and revised it, I got 2 callbacks/follow-ups today. ......
