Vent: L and D nurses please check your post partum orders
If you have to keep an unstable PP mom in your unit please do the chart check every shift that is required per policy. I know you all have shifts that are crazy busy and higher priorities where chart checks are not able to be done. I get that . However, sending us a day two PP patient without any post op labs done or important medication given is unacceptable. At the very least tell the PP nurse you didn't do it so,we can atleast follow up. Thank you.
