Va 9 dimensions of nursing

I am new to this site and so glad I have found it and the different discussions. I am especially ecstatic about the VA discussions. I am struggling with writing the nurisng dimensions portion of the hiring process. I have turned in or completed everything else except the writing.

Does anyone have advice or an example? Did anyone not address all 9 criteria and still get hired at the position you were looking for?

I have my BSN, 5 years of RN experience and 1 year LPN. I have my tentative offer and completed everything else.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated!
