UTMB Spring 2018

Hello everyone! I plan on applying to UTMB for Spring 2018 entry and can't find a post on it, so I decided to make one! I am taking my TEAS end of April. I already have a degree from the University of Houston in Health Communication and minor in Nutrition. I am finishing my last two prerequisites (A&P2, Microbiology) right now at a community college. Anyone else looking to apply? Deadline is coming up next month, so I thought it would be awesome to get a group thread going! Would love to hear from others applying!

    I think I'm holding up as good as I can! í ½í¸‚ I haven't seen any changes in mine and I have not heard anything about interviews. I emailed Ms. Botello last Thursday and asked when they would know about the first round of interviews and I still have not received anything back. I am hoping it is soon!

    I was reading the Approximate Timeline they have on the UTMB page and it says if they have not contacted you within 10-12 weeks of sending in your supplemental application then to call a number. Next Monday will make 12 weeks for me, so I will call next Tuesday to check on my application if I don't hear anything by then.

    I thought I would let y'all know just in case y'all did not know this!

    I've only applied to UTMB. I also am a bit surprised that we haven't heard anything at this point.

    In the Fall 2017 thread, someone stated they were told admissions were meeting on June 5th to discuss the waitlist offers. I've read previously that they meet twice a month. Hopefully that means that they will be meeting this week to look over applications and the first round of interview invites will be soon.
