I'm down south too!

i'm in the pasadena/deer park area. not sure when i will be moving down to galveston

I am absolutely in for dinner! How exciting! Also, I live off of 146 and NASA pkwy...its about 30 min from the school, and I would love to carpool. Anyone could leave their cars here (it is gated), and I could drive. I know 30 minutes isn't as far as some of yall are driving, but I'd still love to participate and save a little gas. I could even drive to 45 and have a meeting point over there...just some suggestions lol

I'm in for dinner too, if you'll have me. I haven't been in this conversation the whole time so I feel like a little bit of an outsider, not to mention that I think I'm the only male, lol. You guys' post have been really helpful and I would love to go into this thing with a few friends. Let me know.

Congrats funnygrl78 on getting your acceptance!! Do you know by chance how many others off the waiting list got in?? My friend was waitlisted and I'm hoping she will hear something soon! Congrats again!!

I'm sorry, I don't know how many were accepted from the wait list. I think there were a total of 20 initially, though if that helps.

Whoever wants to talk about a possible carpool from beltway8 and 45 message me on here or facebook. It would be nice to maybe meet up down here and get to know eachother. I drive a small two door car so I can fit me plus 3 more in my car, maybe 4 more if ppl really squish in the backseat. I think if we found maybe 4 or 5 ppl it'd be perfect. One person could drive everyday of the week and we would all save on gas!!

Hi funnygirl, I was also placed on the waiting list and hope to receive acceptance! I'm glad to know ppl actually get accepted that are placed on the waiting list. Do you know how the waiting list acceptance occurs? For example, do they pick based on interview date, how well the interview went, grades, and/or TEAS scores?
